Shipping & Returns
Free shipping within the Netherlands.
Currently Rain Couture ships every order within the Netherlands free of charge. Within the Netherlands your order will be shipped with the standard service of PostNL.
Outside the Netherlands, but within the European Union, the order will be shipped with the standard service of UPS.
If the shipping destination of your order is outside the European Union, your order will also be send with the standard service of UPS.
Your order will be shipped once payment has been approved and the delivery and billing address has been verified. In calculating when your order will arrive, start with the day in which these prerequisites have been met and count only business days thereafter.
Your order will be delivered to you in our beautiful Rain Couture packaging.
Rain Couture will contact you with a follow-up e-mail if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need to confirm availability
We can ship products to almost every location. If your country is not available while placing your order, please contact us via e-mail, firstname.lastname@example.org
Rain Couture aims to process and ship all orders within 2-4 working days.
Orders placed Monday-Friday before 12.00 AM will begin processing that day, excluding holidays. All orders placed after 12.00 PM will begin processing the next business day. Orders placed on Friday after 3.00 PM will begin processing on the following Monday.
Your order will be delivered between 9.00 am and 6.00 pm. PostNL delivers from Monday to Saturday. UPS delivers from Monday to Friday. Our couriers do not deliver on Sundays and/or holidays.
Delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays and/or holidays.
You can trace your package by using the track and trace code, which will be provided by e-mail after sending your package.
We insure all packages in transit from Rain Couture to the delivery address against theft and accidental damage. Once the package has been signed for, it is no longer insured.
Please be careful with all the packaging and additional gifts your order has been sent with. Keep it away from children and animals, to avoid suffocation danger. Also keep it away from fire, packaging could be inflammable. Rain Couture cannot be held responsible for any damage or accidents caused by the packaging and/or additional gifts
International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and customs fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination, and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Rain Couture wants you to be completely happy with your item(s). If you are unsatisfied for any reason, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Rain Couture aims to send all orders within 2-4 working days. To countries outside The Netherlands this may take longer.
Rain Couture guarantees that you will receive your purchase within 30 days, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. If Rain Couture exceeds this term of 30 days, you have the right to cancel your purchase without any additional costs
When a product is bought, delivery costs are free. Any costs for returning the items is worn by the customer.
In order to facilitate the exchange or return of your items report the package as a return via ‘email@example.com’ within 14 days of receiving your initial order.
Please attach the copy of the invoice that you can find in the package. Then follow the instructions on the return form and details below. We must receive the return within 21 days from the day you bought the item(s). For returns of faulty items please follow the same process.
1. Report the package as a return via ‘firstname.lastname@example.org’.
2. Return the item(s) via the logistics service company you prefer.
3. Enclose a copy of your invoice.
4. We will send you an e-mail as soon as we have received the package.
– Unwashed, unworn or defective merchandise may be returned within 30 days after ordering for a merchandise exchange or a full refund.
– If you wish to exchange, please tell us your required size via the return form at “my account” and we will reserve it for you if the item is in stock. Exchanges are subject to product availability. Exchanged items can only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received and have undergone a quality control check.
– If we dispatched the wrong item or the item sent was defective, we offer a free return service. In all cases of an exchange we will not charge you extra shipping costs for shipping the item(s) from Rain Couture to your delivery address. Any shipping charges occurred will then be compensated via the final settlement.
– The exchange or return value is determined by the initial retail price of the garment.
– We do not accept returns on products that were not purchased via this website.
– Due to security constraints, we cannot reimburse you for an amount greater than your purchase price.
– Rain Couture will not accept returns for any non-faulty items that have been worn and tags removed. Upon receipt of an order, if any item has been received without a tag, you should notify us (by e-mail) on the same day if you wish to return. We strongly advise you to check garments thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags. Items returned outside the above timeframes are accepted at the discretion of Rain Couture.

Please note that we do not accept liability for returned goods. Pack and seal your return securely, in the original package, and include a completed return form. It is recommended that you ship your return via a carrier who will provide your package with a tracking number to ensure that it does not get lost. Any and all shipping charges related to returning the package to Rain Couture must be prepaid. Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are not refunded for shipments outside the European Union
You can exchange every product for another size, color or model. If you wish to exchange, please tell us your required size on the return form via “email@example.com” and we will reserve it for you if the item is in stock. Also fill in the paper return form (which you can find in the package), select the box ‘exchange”, and tell us which product and size you need.
There are no extra costs involved for exchanging products. If the amount exceeds the original order, you will receive an additional invoice. If the amount is less than the original order, you will be refunded.
In order to facilitate the exchange or return of faulty items, please follow the same process like normal returns.
Faulty items will only be accepted if the delivered goods are damaged or if there is a subsequent manufacturing fault within a period of 3 months after delivery. All items returned as faulty will be inspected, and any items deemed to subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty. Exchanges are possible if the item is available. When possible, items may be repaired on request, but only when such items are deemed faulty and repairable. Repairs do not come with any guarantees
Refunds will be made within 10 days after your return has been processed or 30 days if you have paid via a credit card (please note that our store terms & conditions differ from our webshop’s terms). All undamaged, correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchaser’s creditcard. As previously stated, international custom duties and sales taxes are non-refundable for shipments outside the European Union. For further information, you can contact one of our customer service representatives at firstname.lastname@example.org. Once our returns department has received your package, your refund will be processed, using the original form of payment, within 10 weekdays. You will be notified via e-mail, to the address listed on your account, when the transaction has taken place. Please note your banking institution may require additional days to process the transaction once they have received the information from us.
