Shipping policy

A. HOW TO DO A RETURN OR EXCHANGE FOR OUR WEBSHOP - EU ORDERS

1. REQUEST A RETURN OR EXCHANGE:

2. RETURN SHIPMENT:

  • Paste DHL shipping label on your package.
  • Include the packing slip in the package so that we know which order number it concerns.
  • Drop off the parcel at your nearest DHL parcel point.

(No shipment costs are charged for Exchanges. Shipping costs for returns are worn by the customer and will be deducted from refund (€8,95)).

B. RETURN OR EXCHANGE - for NON-EU Countries (orders above €150)

  1. Go to https://rain-couture.nl/a/return to register your return and select the option “Non-EU OnlineTaxFree.com Return”
  2. Print out the return label you received from Onlinetaxfree.com and attach it to the package.
  3. Print out the commercial invoices you received from Onlinetaxfree.com in your mailbox.
  4. Include one copy of the commercial invoice in your package.
  5. Paste the second copy of the Commercial Invoice on your package. Include one copy of the commercial invoice in your package with the packing slip.
  6. Paste the second copy of the Commercial Invoice on your package next to your shipping label.
  7. Drop off your package at a UPS point.

--> Please note: We insure all packages in transit from Rain Couture to the delivery address against theft and accidental damage. The the customer is responsible for the package in case of returns (and exchanges) sent to Rain Couture.


SHIPPING COSTS

Free shipping above 75€ within the Netherlands.
Within the Netherlands your order will be shipped with the standard service of DPD.
Outside the Netherlands, the order will be shipped with the standard service of DPD, UPS, DHL, or PostNL.


WHERE DO WE SHIP?

We can ship products to almost every location. If your country is not available while placing your order, please contact us via e-mail, admin@rain-couture.nl


WHEN DO WE DELIVER?

Rain Couture aims to process and ship all orders within 2 working days.
Orders placed Monday-Friday before 12.00 AM will begin processing that day, excluding holidays. All orders placed after 12.00 PM will begin processing the next business day. Orders placed on Friday after 4.00 PM will begin processing on the following Tuesday.
Your order will be delivered between 9.00 am and 6.00 pm.
 PostNL delivers from Monday to Saturday.
 UPS/DHL/DPD delivers from Monday to Friday.
Our couriers do not deliver on Sundays and/or holidays.
Delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays and/or holidays.
You can trace your package by using the track and trace code, which will be provided by e-mail after sending your package.

INSURANCE


We insure all packages in transit from Rain Couture to the delivery address against theft and accidental damage. Once the package has been signed for, it is no longer insured.

Please note that the customer is responsible for the package in case of returns (and exchanges) sent to Rain Couture.


TAXES & DUTIES


International shipments and shipments outside the EU may be subject to import taxes, duties and customs fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination, and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Please note that we do not accept liability for returned goods. Pack and seal your return securely, in the original package, and include the original packing slip. Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are not refunded for shipments outside the European Union.

WHAT IS FINAL SALE - ARCHIVE?


Final Sale means no returns or exchanges. Any merchandise marked "Final Sale" on the website cannot be returned or exchanged. Final Sale items are marked in several places including: On the banner, top of the product page and specific product page.


FAULTY GOODS


In order to facilitate the exchange or return of faulty items, please follow the same process like normal returns.
Faulty items will only be accepted if the delivered goods are damaged or if there is a subsequent manufacturing fault within a period of 3 months after delivery. All items returned as faulty will be inspected, and any items deemed to subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty. Exchanges are possible if the item is available. When possible, items may be repaired on request, but only when such items are deemed faulty and repairable. Repairs do not come with any guarantees


REFUNDS


Refunds will be made within 10 days after your return has been received or 30 days if you have paid via a credit card (please note that our store terms & conditions differ from our webshop’s terms). All undamaged, correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchaser’s creditcard. As previously stated, international custom duties and sales taxes are non-refundable for shipments outside the European Union.

For further information, you can contact one of our customer service representatives at admin@rain-couture.nl. Once our returns department has received your package, your refund will be processed, using the original form of payment, within 10 weekdays. You will be notified via e-mail, to the address listed on your account, when the transaction has taken place. Please note your banking institution may require additional days to process the transaction once they have received the information from us.
